Poetry

Why Poetry? My favorite medium of ‘speaking’ is poetry. I have found that it cuts across situational semantics and the meaning is constantly shifting based on where the reader finds themselves. In this way poetry stays relevant beyond context of time and place. Also, poetry causes me to slow down and be careful with each word and to really ponder what I saw, felt, and want to say as beautifully and efficiently as I’m able. I hope you enjoy these offerings.
