​Damon’s Nomad Way Approach was born from a lifetime of movement, transition, and discovery. The name

“Nomad” comes from Damon spelled backward—and from a childhood story his mother told him about Prince Nomad, a tale that shaped his belief in the power of stories to guide our paths. Why work with Damon

I don't just teach bridging—I've lived it. From chairing a conservative business PAC to helping Wichita become a national pilot city for StoryCorps' One Small Step initiative, to facilitating faction mapping at the Kansas Leadership Center, I've worked across ideological and institutional divides that most consultants only theorize about.
