About "K" - Kate Young

Kate Young is an ICF-trained coach, facilitator, and leadership consultant with more than a decade of experience helping individuals and organizations thrive. She currently serves as Dream Manager at Hutton, where she leads an innovative program that empowers employees to identify, plan, and achieve their personal and professional dreams.

Previously, Kate founded and led MayDay Group, her own consultancy, and spent over 10 years with Gannon Consult, supporting national leadership development programs for the transit industry. 

Through her consultancy, Kate specializes in Assessment Coaching, using proven tools to increase self-awareness, strengthen emotional intelligence, and align leaders and teams with their goals. With expertise in change management, group facilitation, and organizational development, she brings clarity, accountability, and inspiration to the people and organizations she serves.
